Welcome to the source of all the information you will need on the practicalities of working with The Toby Press. Here is information on how to order, discounts, how to request galleys, about co-op and ordering and all the marketing tools we have available to help you make the most of selling our books.

FOR BOOKSTORES
AVAILABILITY - Toby Press books are distributed by Baker & Taylor, Ingram and other fine distributors. However, if you prefer to purchase directly, we're pleased to process your orders quickly. Please contact us or your sales representative for terms.

FREIGHT POLICY
For INVOICED ORDERS, kindly provide your UPS or FedEx Account number for Ground delivery. If you do not have an account number, we will ship via UPS Ground or Express service (at your request) and charge at cost per UPS Online.
Freight is FOB our warehouse in Danbury, Connecticut

PAYMENT TERMS Net 30 days from date of invoice - A finance charge of 1% is added to all unpaid invoices after 30 days
Payment can accompany orders in the following manners:

• AMERICAN EXPRESS
• MASTERCARD
• VISA

Please advise card type, number, expiration date, name on card and billing address (if different to bookstore).

• CHECK drawn on an American bank in US funds

MARKETING SUPPORT
GALLEYS/ARCs - We publish many first time novelists, so we always make sure a number of ARCs are available to booksellers, to help you discover new talent. If you would like an ARC of any of our titles, please email us at pr@tobypress.com.

DOWNLOAD COMPLETE BOOK DETAILS - Full details of About the Book, About the Author, The Critics Write, and Cover Art are included in our latest catalog. These are all available to download or copy from the site. See the Books section, and download the entire catalog as a pdf by clicking here (warning: 3mb file).

CO-OP
The Toby Press offers various programs for advertising and promoting books. Please contact us or your sales representative for more information.

RETURNS
• All returns require Return Authorization. All Return Authorization requests must reference our B invoice number from the original book purchase. The Customer will be credited at the same discount given on the B invoice. Returns received without the B invoice number information will not be credited. Kindly fax your Return Request to Shari Fisch at 203-830-8512.
• We will only accept Returns that are in NEW condition, i.e., free of stickers and price marks, not shop-worn, and/or otherwise damaged. Damaged Returns are destroyed upon receipt and no credit is issued.
• Overstock returns are returnable not sooner than three months nor longer than two years from date of invoice.
• Defective copies and books shipped in error will be exchanged or credited, whichever the customer prefers.

FOR LIBRARIES
Toby Press books are available from all library distributors including Baker & Taylor, Blackwell's, Brodart, Ingram and others. If these are not convenient, we invite libraries to order direct at the same terms as consumers. We are pleased to invoice you upon receipt of a written or faxed purchase order.

FOREIGN RIGHTS
All Toby Press books have world English rights, and are available for resale anywhere in the world.
TRANSLATION RIGHTS - Please contact us for information regarding availability of translation rights for specific markets.
